Hey, I’m Ursula
I'm a certified personal and group fitness trainer as well as a 200 hour registered yoga instructor who believes working out should make you feel more alive, not wrecked, overwhelmed, or judged.
I ran a fitness community on O‘ahu and while yes, we worked out and got stronger… the real magic wasn’t the workouts.
It was:

It was never just about fitness!
Small groups. Intentional training. And support that goes beyond “just do the workout.”
My approach blends strength, awareness, and encouragement, not punishment or perfection. I believe that when we feel strong in our bodies, something shifts. Confidence grows. Trust builds.
And that strength starts to show up everywhere else in our lives.

Do I need to be experienced with strength training?
No. This is designed for all levels. You’ll be guided through proper form. Whether you’re getting back into movement or ready to train more consistently, you’ll be met where you are.
Is this a weight-loss program?
No, this isn't a weight loss program. This is a place to start moving your body, feel more confidence and reset for the week.
What equipment do I need?
Please bring water and a mat with you.
Is this personal training or 1:1 coaching?
This is small-group training with high-touch support. While it’s not 1:1 personal training, you’ll receive guidance, accountability, and access to a certified trainer.
Is there a refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify Ursula at least 24 hours before the session and your payment will be credited toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit the session. If weather or park conditions require cancellation, your payment will automatically be credited to a future date.
