This program provides fitness instruction, general nutrition guidance, and group support. It is not medical care, physical therapy, or individualized medical or nutritional treatment.I understand that participation in strength training and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, injury, or other physical harm.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in this program, whether participating in person or online.

I understand that I am responsible for modifying exercises as needed and for stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in a strength training program and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary.

If at any time I experience dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, I will stop exercising and seek medical advice.

Any nutrition information provided during this program is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
No medical nutrition therapy are provided.

Due to the nature of this program and limited availability of spots: All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued once the program begins

Payment plans are a commitment to the full program amount. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the program.

In-person participants are encouraged to attend all sessions, but missed sessions are not refundable but transferable.

This program is intended to be a supportive, respectful environment.

Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to the trainer or other participants may result in removal from the program without refund.

I understand that individual results will vary. No specific results are guaranteed. Success depends on factors including consistency, effort, and individual circumstances.

FAQ

Do I need to be experienced with strength training?

No. This is designed for all levels. You’ll be guided through proper form. Whether you’re getting back into movement or ready to train more consistently, you’ll be met where you are.

Is this a weight-loss program?

No, this isn't a weight loss program. This is a place to start moving your body, feel more confidence and reset for the week. 

What equipment do I need?

Please bring water and a mat with you. 

Is this personal training or 1:1 coaching?

This is small-group training with high-touch support. While it’s not 1:1 personal training, you’ll receive guidance, accountability, and access to a certified trainer. 

Is there a refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify Ursula at least 24 hours before the session and your payment will be credited toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit the session. If weather or park conditions require cancellation, your payment will automatically be credited to a future date.
